EACOMM has just launched the website www.gtfsrt.com to highlight its General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) Training, Maintenance and Development Services. GTFS is the global standard used for sharing Public Transit Route information that is used by various Map and Trip Planning Applications and Websites.
EACOMM has been developing GTFS feeds since 2012 and GTFS-realtime feeds since 2015. EACOMM maintains a comprehensive GTFS Feed for the Philippines including city buses and jeepneys in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao and various provincial bus and ferry routes. Aside from the Philippines, EACOMM has worked on and maintains GTFS static and realtime feeds for Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. It has also conducted GTFS Workshops in Manila, Bangkok and Jakarta.
