More than 200 guests turned up at the Isla Ballroom 3 of EDSA Shangri-La Hotel to welcome the release of the limited-edition art book and to have it signed by the art collectors. Private Collections is a book about private art collecting and collectors in the Philippines. It tells the passions and visions of 30 Filipino collectors and follows their tastes in art — from masters to contemporary artists. Written and designed for a general readership, each of the 30 collectors is devoted 10 to 14 pages and contains representative examples of their art collections.
