Client Success Specialist

EACOMM is looking for Client Success Specialists to join its award-winning team. The position is tasked to assist and train clients during the deployment of their system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT-related course
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint (must have)
  • Knowledge of image and video editing for documentation (good to have)
  • Must have the drive and initiative to learn and do self-study to get tasks done properly
  • Willing to be trained
  • Willing to go on field work and conduct training (within and outside Metro Manila)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the processes and purpose of the products to be deployed
  • Organization of existing training materials and apply modifications as needed
  • Creating screenshots and video materials to be used for training
  • Verification if there are bugs encountered per module
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Capture minutes of meeting every client engagement
  • Updating of Gantt charts
