BPLO Inspection
System
The Business Permit and Licensing Offices (BPLO) of towns and cities play a vital role in ensuring businesses comply with regulations through regular inspections. To streamline this process, the BPLO Inspection System offers a mobile app for both Android and iOS, enabling inspectors to efficiently capture data during inspections. Once the app detects an internet connection, all collected data is seamlessly uploaded to a centralized server for easy access. A powerful web-based application consolidates the data, providing real-time reports and advanced analytics. Plus, with built-in APIs, it effortlessly integrates with existing BPLO software systems, ensuring a smooth and cohesive workflow.
Transit Planning

In 2012, EACOMM Corporation was enlisted by Google Southeast Asia to help gather Metro Manila mass transit data for Google Maps. To efficiently and accurately collect data on the city’s bus and rail routes, EACOMM developed a custom Android application that allowed real-time trip logging while traveling on various transit modes. Designed for simplicity, the app enabled users to easily capture photos of key stops and station details. The collected data was then uploaded to a web platform where it was converted into GTFS (General Transit Feed Specification) format—a global standard for public transportation schedules, fares, and geography. This GTFS feed was submitted to Google Maps for integration. By leveraging mobile research technologies, the project timeline was shortened by an estimated three months, while also reducing the manpower required, making the delivery process faster and more efficient than initially expected.

EACOMM has developed a fully customizable, web-based integrated payroll and HR management system, implemented by a manpower agency that manages over 3,000 employees. This system enables the monitoring of employee attendance, performance, and salary management, while also handling HR functions such as compensation, benefits, performance monitoring, and recruitment. Key modules include Employee Management, Benefits, Employee Recruitment, Payroll, Daily Time Record, and Reports Generation, which ensure efficient HR processes and compliance with external regulations like BIR, SSS, and Philhealth.

Paired with our Headless Content Management System (DO-CMS), EACOMM developed a knowledge toolkit for the power supply industry, allowing energy stakeholders to be up to date in the latest laws, rules, and regulations regarding the industry.
